(FR) L'état de développement des parcs d'activité économique namurois a été abordé lors des récentes Assemblées Générales du BEP. Si 2024 est à nouveau une excellente année au niveau de l'accueil d'entreprises, l'avenir ne semble pas aussi rose, étant donné l'évolution du contexte budgétaire en Wallonie. Il est pourtant nécessaire d'investir dans une optique de réindustrialisation de la région et de compétitivité de notre pays.

Indeed, these partners inaugurated the largest pharmaceutical warehouse in Wallonia at the Créalys industrial park in Gembloux on 24 June. The facility is certified in accordance with the BREEAM standard, and spans 40,000 m2. Construction lasted just over eighteen months.
